CEOPaul is a passionate executive leader with 25 years' experience across the CPG/Food Industry, specialized in driving strategic export opportunities in ANZ, China, Asia and the USA and an advocate for creating a stronger link between economic, social and environmental outcomes.

Roger Carruthers
ChairWith vast experience including strong leadership skills, Chair Roger Carruthers currently owns and operates a 300-hectare farm. Previously he was CEO for Connexionz Limited, a publicly owned technology company located in Christchurch. Prior to that he held various senior management roles in several countries during a 23-year career with Merck & Co. Inc., one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Roger is also deputy chair of Athletics New Zealand.
Ian Collier
DirectorAmong other governance roles, Ian is the Chairman of Great South, Southland Regional Development Agency Ltd, which established NZ Functional Foods Ltd. He was previously regional affairs manager for Air New Zealand, where he was awarded an ICON award for exhibiting outstanding personal and professional leadership qualities. His career has been one of sustained high performance in senior management positions across industries from telecommunications and retail to aviation, tourism and logistics.
Monique Kelly
DirectorMonique is a New Zealand trained lawyer working at the international level on social and employment policy and standards. She co-founded Revology in 2014. She has a strong sustainability focus, actively supporting initiatives to accelerate New Zealand’s transition to a low carbon, regenerative future, including co-founding Wao, a charitable trust.
